The Mohache Independent Commune are a peaceful affiliation. For years the Mohache had been one, moving through the peripheries as a unified group. Peace loving and sedate, they made many friends and founded many colonies across the galaxy. But as time moved on, some Mohache became unsettled with the race’s completely pacifistic way of life. Seeing the other races waging war around them, the increase in pirate activities and being victims of piracy themselves, Sleeps With Dragons, a member of the Mohache leaders travelled to the home-world to talk with the elders. Being the Mohache leader responsible for the colonies on the very furthest worlds from the home system, he had been exposed to the harshness of the galaxy more so than other elders. On Stardate 207.3.5, a group of Mohache, lead by Sleeps with Dragons, broke away from the main Mohache body and formed the Mohache Independent Commune affiliation. The MOH and the MIC still have very strong bonds between their affiliations, working on several projects together. The MIC is lead by Sleeps With Dragons, (OOC – Mark Smith), and are always looking for new exploration and trade opportunities, and indeed new recruits to the commune.
